  • This shows the panels that are molded into the Givi E-52. The bag has a double wall construction at this point. On the left side, I've already cut the outer plate away, exposing the inner wall. On the right, the plate it waiting to be cut open. The Givi bags are made of a very soft plastic. It was easy to cut with an Xacto knife.

  • This is what the bike looks like with the lights off before I installed the LEDs. The camera flash shows how the reflective material I installed last year looks. There is red reflective material on the side cases, on the back of the top case and on the helmet.

  • These LEDs are not as bright as the hyperlights, but are still as bright as the tail & brake lights. The real benefits come from the greater surface area that is illuminated and the height of the illumination.

  • The Givi case design leaves a gap from above that exposes the LEDs mounted on the green circuit board. Admore lighting includes this low tech, but very useful, filler to protect the lights. The lights mounted on the white backing are covered by the case lens, so they are not at risk

  • The LED wiring harness is shown mounted on the right side of the case. I decided not to remove the reflective tape that I installed last year. The LED elements have an adhesive back, so they just press on.

  • This shows the lights operating as tail lights on a bright day. They are about as bright as the stock tail light, but a cover a much larger area.

  • This is the complete kit from Admore. There are two LED wiring sections (each with 2 panels of LEDs), the wiring harness to tap into the bike's system, the connectors you will need, some heat shrink tube and a drill bit. The drill bit is to put a hole in the Givi bag, where the wiring harness plug attaches. The bit was too large to fit into my 3/8 chuck drill, so I drilled a smaller hole and finished off with a file
